We are looking for highly qualified candidates with 8-10+ years of experience in Contracts Administration, ideally within the construction or contracting sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to manage the contractual and commercial aspects of large-scale building projects to the reasonable satisfaction of all Parties to the Contract.
- Contractually astute and particularly well versed in the FIDIC form of Contract.
- Ability to run an effective alternative dispute resolution process.
- Ability to implement effective contract management strategies
- Preparation, negotiation, and amicable settlement of claims.
- Identification, notification, evaluation, and settlement of contract variations.
- Preparation of clear and concise correspondence of a contractual, commercial and/or technical orientation.
- Preparation of Sub-Contract Agreements, Supply Agreements, Design Consultancy Agreements, etc.
- Effective management of Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers, Design Consultants, Joint Ventures, etc.

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator in a contracting or construction company.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, or a related field.
- MRICS or MCIARB certification is desirable.
