Contracts Administrator

We’re hiring an experienced Contracts Administrator to join Gama. The Contracts Administrator will report to the Contracts Manager and will be responsible, under the supervision of the Contracts Manager, for contract administration, commercial documentation, and claims management across all projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with solid experience in contract interpretation, drafting, and administration within major project environments.

Role Overview


The Contracts Administrator will support the Contracts Manager in the review, administration, and management of all contractual and commercial matters across Gama’s projects. This includes reviewing client contract drafts, preparing commercial claims, drafting subcontract and supplier agreements, and maintaining full compliance with corporate and legal requirements. The role requires excellent proficiency in both Arabic and English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate under the guidance of senior contract leadership.



Key Responsibilities

·        Review client contract drafts and identify risks, obligations, and recommendations.

·        Preparing comments, clarifications, and recommendations for executive management prior to contract signing.

·        Administer existing project contracts under the supervision of the Contracts Manager.

·        Prepare and support the submission of commercial claims, variations, and contractual notices.

·        Draft, prepare, and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements in line with project and company requirements.

·        Maintain accurate contractual documentation, correspondence, logs, and records.

·        Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper interpretation and application of contract terms.

·        Support meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors when required.

·        Ensure compliance with company procedures, legal standards, and contract management best practices.



Qualifications & Requirements

·        More than 10 years of experience in contract administration or contracts management within the construction or infrastructure sectors.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Law, Contract/Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

·        Strong experience in contract interpretation, claims preparation, and contract drafting.

·        Fluent in Arabic with strong command of English.

·        Strong written communication and attention to detail.

·        Ability to work under the guidance of the Contracts Manager and collaborate with project teams.

·        Knowledge of construction industry contracting mechanisms and commercial processes.
