Contracts Coordinator (3-Year Duration)

Location: Qatar

Internal Auditing Experience Required

Arabic Speaker Preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Coordinator to support contract management activities, including handling RFQs/RFPs, service orders, and ensuring confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have strong procurement/contract experience and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for potential bidders during RFQ/RFP, selection, and negotiation stages.
  • Coordinate the floating, evaluation, and issuance of Service Orders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or contract management.
  • Strong knowledge of contract procedures and compliance.
  • Internal auditing experience is required.

Skills:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
