Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Early Career Contracts Management Associate. In this role, you will supports the Land and Maritime Solutions Market Segment within Training and Logistics Solutions LOB. This role will specifically support the F-35 ATS portfolio.
The individual will be responsible for: conducting proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract data calls/ administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Assist in preparing bids; progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information. Travel may be required. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
This position is a part of the Early Career Development Program (ECDP) within the Finance and Business Operations (F&BO) function. The program is approximately 2.5 to 3 years in duration (may vary based on employee's start date), and typically consists of a standardized training curriculum, various learning and networking opportunities and formal mentorship, all of which are designed to provide a broad background in various facets of F&BO at Lockheed.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited college in a related discipline (Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Project Management)
- MS computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills:- Knowledge of Lockheed Martin Contracts Command Media
- Electronic Contracting Environment (ECS, DMS, ESS) experience
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS
- Business and/or Financial background
- Negotiation Experience
- Knowledge of Lockheed Martin policies and procedures, specifically CMS-510
- Experience with Lockheed Martin Intra-Work Transfer Agreements (IWTAs)
- Desire to learn and work in a continuous learning environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
