Manage the Contracts to ensure efficient contract management practices.
Review, negotiate, and finalize a wide array of contracts, including construction contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements.
Assess and mitigate contract risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity and facilitate understanding of contract terms and obligations.
Monitor contract performance and track project deliverables to ensure project timelines and budgetary constraints are met.
Develop and implement best practices and policies for contract administration and management processes.
Provide training and guidance to team members and other departments on contract management principles and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, terminology, and standard practices.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
