Responsibilities

  • Manage the Contracts to ensure efficient contract management practices.
  • Review, negotiate, and finalize a wide array of contracts, including construction contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements.
  • Assess and mitigate contract risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity and facilitate understanding of contract terms and obligations.
  • Monitor contract performance and track project deliverables to ensure project timelines and budgetary constraints are met.
  • Develop and implement best practices and policies for contract administration and management processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members and other departments on contract management principles and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, terminology, and standard practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
