Job Title: Control Room Officer

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Control Room Officer to join our vehicle tracking operations team. The ideal candidate will monitor fleet activity, respond to alerts, and coordinate with field and technical teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor vehicles and assets through the tracking system on a 24/7 basis.
• Respond promptly to alerts and unusual movements.
• Communicate with drivers, clients, and field staff for issue resolution.
• Record incidents, prepare shift reports, and escalate critical cases.
• Support the Control Room Manager in daily operations and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and client SLAs.

Requirements:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in vehicle tracking, logistics, or control room operations (fresh candidates may also apply).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and tracking systems.
• Must be willing to work in shifts (8-hour and 12-hour rotations).
• Gender: Male
