Job Title: Cook / Kitchen In-Charge / Kitchen Manager

We are urgently hiring for all kitchen positions at our growing cafés.

1. Kitchen Manager

• Role: Full responsibility for the kitchen.
• You: Proven leader with 2-3 years of experience. You manage inventory, control costs, lead the team, and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Manages the entire kitchen operation.

2. Kitchen In-Charge (Supervisor)

• Role: Shift leader and hands-on expert.
• You: Experienced cook with 1+ year in a supervisory role. You run shifts, train new staff, maintain quality, and support the Kitchen Manager.
• Leads the team during shifts.

3. Cook (Kitchen Team Member)

• Role: Core part of the kitchen team.
• You: Skilled and reliable cook. You prepare and cook food according to recipes, maintain cleanliness, and work well in a team.
• Prepares and cooks all menu items.

General Requirements for All Roles:

• Prior experience in a café or restaurant.
• Available to join immediately.
• Knowledge of food safety standards is a must.
• Can work in Sharjah, RAK, or Dubai.
