Job Description
We are seeking a Coordinator to assist the CEO in overseeing daily operations, strategic initiatives, and stakeholder interactions for an online professional certification institute. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of executive operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Head’s schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and review documents, presentations, and correspondence for the Head.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Monitor and follow up on action items and project deadlines.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of special projects and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Previous experience as an executive secretary or coordinator, preferably within the education sector.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
