Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW
The role of the Coordinator is to assist the Talent Acquisition Operations team with the creation and management of relevant reports and dashboards, in order to accurately provide required data and analysis to the Talent Acquisition leadership team.
REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY
The Coordinator’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Technical
- Analyze, understand and cleanse data, transforming information into consumable excel formats
- Data visualization, transforming raw data into actionable digital representations, especially designing PowerPoint presentations for client related initiatives
- Transform generic, text-heavy content into a more visually engaging, concise, interactive storytelling experience
- Work closely with content writers and team to help develop impactful and engaging presentations
- Carry out spell-check and take care of formatting, layout, and any other details to ensure error free presentations
- Supporting all team activities, including reporting and tracking escalation, internal projects, team meetings, producing the relevant needed outputs and documents
- Apply an analytical and problem-solving approach with particular attention to detail
Maintaining Business Continuity
- Provide ongoing support to the TA departments to ensure business continuity.
- Communicate any IT enabling system errors to the IT team and project manage the corrective action process to ensure success in a prompt manner.
- Provide insightful analysis on recruitment data - including time-to-hire, compliance metrics, diversity ethics, and other KPIs to measure the efficiency and success of talent acquisition efforts.
- Ensure that recruitment processes and data management comply with internal policies and legal regulations, maintaining the integrity of hiring processes.
Process Improvement
- Collaborate with Recruitment teams and Leadership to identify areas of improvement in the talent acquisition process.
- Assist in delivering reporting projects aimed at improving recruitment processes, including implementing new technologies or recruitment strategies.
Reporting
- Develop and deliver regular reports and dashboards to TA leadership to assist in tracking recruitment performance, trends, and forecasts. Provide actionable insights to improve recruitment outcomes.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with other teams, both within the TA function and around NEOM, to ensure all processes relating to Talent Acquisition activities are delivered promptly and compliantly. These teams will include (but not be limited to) Procurement, IT, Finance and SMP Vendors.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience
- Previous experience in a Data Analysis and/or Reporting role

- Relevant Bachelor’s degree
