Key Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and verify HR documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Maintain employee records and databases in compliance with company policies.

Coordinate leave management, attendance, and HR-related documentation.

Assist with payroll preparation and benefits coordination.

Communicate with employees to answer HR-related queries and provide guidance.

Support in organizing employee events, training sessions, and wellness activities.

Verify data accuracy to minimize HR-related risks and errors.

Requirements

UAEN with Family B
-
Bachelor’s Degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
(GPA 2.8 or above)

Fresh graduate – no prior work experience required

Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and organizational skills
