Key Responsibilities:
- Write and edit high-quality copy for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, ads, product descriptions, press releases, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create consistent brand messaging and tone of voice.
- Develop content strategies aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals.
- Conduct research on industry-related topics, trends, and target audiences to inform content development.
- Optimize copy for SEO, readability, and conversion.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Track content performance metrics and continuously refine messaging based on data insights.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital, content, and marketing trends.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and overall brand strategy across all platforms.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in copywriting or content creation (agency or in-house).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
- Experience writing for diverse platforms (digital, print, social, etc.).
- Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences, channels, and tones. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines.
