Position: Copywriter

Role Overview:
We are looking for a curious, creative, and detail-oriented Copywriter who can
transform complex health, ageing, and biotechnology topics into fun, engaging,
accurate, and clear content for a diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop content that supports Decode Age’s brand voice: science-forward, empowering, and clear.
· Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to deeply understand the science behind our offerings.

· Produce content including:
o Copywriting
o Product descriptions
o Email campaigns
o Social media posts
o Amazon content writing

· Write user-centric copy for google, meta andamazon ADs.
·Contribute to social media strategy andcontent across platforms.
·Maintain accuracy, consistency, and scientific credibility across all deliverables.
· Assist in day-to-day content execution across campaigns, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver assets needed for product marketing, social media, and lead generation.
· Quality Control
o Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
o Maintain high editorial standards across all deliverables.

Who You Are
· Strong written and verbal English skills are essential.
· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or brand communication.
· Strong foundation in Biological Sciences, preferably BSc/MSc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Life Sciences is an added plus.
· Experience with copywriting, AI content tool,Meta and Google AD structure and Microsoft tools. Comfortable adapting writing tone for both technical and non-technical audiences.
· You can make something sound simple without dumbing it down.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven team.
