Job Summary:
The job holder will be responsible for crafting persuasive and engaging written content that drives brand awareness and consumer action across multiple advertising channels. The Copywriter will transform strategic insights into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, while ensuring all messaging aligns with brand voice, campaign objectives, and platform nuances.
Working in close collaboration with designers, art directors, and strategists, the Copywriter plays a central role in shaping integrated campaigns, from conceptual thinking to final execution.
Job Responsibilities & Tasks:

Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and compelling copy for various advertising platforms and campaigns

Write clear, persuasive, and impactful content for ads, social media, and campaigns that align with client objectives and brand voice

Play an active role in creative strategy and planning by contributing insights and recommendations during campaign development

Tailor content based on marketing strategies, audience insights, and brand positioning to ensure maximum effectiveness and relevance

Work closely with designers and strategists to ensure cohesive and aligned messaging throughout all creative executions

Confidently present ideas to both internal teams and clients with clear rationale and strategic backing

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in copywriting to maintain competitive edge and creative freshness

Develop and maintain brand tone of voice guidelines for consistent communication across all client touchpoints

Create compelling headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action that capture attention and drive desired consumer behaviors

Adapt content for different cultural contexts and market segments while maintaining brand consistency and message effectiveness

Proofread and edit all written materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand standards before final approval

Collaborate on integrated campaigns by ensuring copy seamlessly works across print, digital, outdoor, and broadcast media formats
Job Specifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English Literature, or related field
Experience:
3-5 years of experience as a copywriter, ideally within a creative or digital advertising agency environment with demonstrated campaign success
Skills:

Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities across multiple formats and platforms

Skilled in writing for digital platforms (social media, ads, websites, email marketing)

Bilingual fluency in both Arabic and English with cultural sensitivity

Proficient in using AI tools for content creation and optimization

Strong presentation and client communication skills

Excellent research and analytical abilities to understand target audiences
