Core Developer (C++ Low Latency & Exchange Connectivity)

A growing high frequency trading firm in Dubai is looking for an experienced C++ Developer to join their team, with a strong focus on low latency systems and exchange connectivity.

What you'll be working on:

• Building and optimising low latency trading infrastructure
• Developing and maintaining exchange connectivity solutions (FIX, WebSocket, REST, proprietary APIs)
• Implementing high-performance networking and messaging systems
• Collaborating closely with our trading and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable, high-speed market access

What we're looking for:

• Strong C++ experience
• Deep understanding of low-latency systems, multithreading, and network programming
• Proven experience with exchange connectivity
• Solid grasp of Linux environments and performance tuning

Nice to have:

• Experience connecting to crypto exchanges or Asian markets/exchanges
• Familiarity with market data protocols and order entry gateways
• Exposure to Python or scripting for tooling
