The position is open in any of the firm's Wisconsin offices, including Milwaukee, Madison, Neenah, or Green Bay. Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of corporate law experience
• A potential portable book of business is strongly preferred
• Strong writing, oral communication, and analytical skills
• Business, accounting, or tax background preferred
• Prior experience with mergers and acquisitions desirable
• Demonstrated passion for providing excellent client service
