Qualifications

• J.D. and active license to practice law
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate, tax.
• Strong understanding of M&A and business structuring
• Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• BILINGUE
