An AmLaw 100 firm is seeking an associate with Securities and Capital Markets experience to join their Corporate team. Ideal candidates will have experience handling Exchange Act filings, representing issuers and underwriters in equity and debt offerings, handling corporate governance and counseling public companies.

Qualifications

• Experience with general corporate and transactional matters is a plus
