Job Summary

Study and analyze the financial situation of current and new corporate clients and provide the necessary analytical reports to the credit management department to take the required decisions in accordance with the annual targets plan set by top management, in order to achieve objectives and increase the profitability of the credit portfolio.


Job Description

  • Implement the annual financial target plans for all business sectors, for both existing and new clients, according to the objectives set by management, in line with credit policies, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and related policies.
  • Prepare a schedule of field visits to clients in order to identify their financing needs and obtain the necessary documents to assess their financial position.
  • Prepare analytical reports for the financial statements of targeted clients and review the consolidated credit positions available at the Central Bank to determine the client’s credit rating and the possibility of dealing with them, in order to identify the optimal structure for their credit facilities.
  • Coordinate with the Central Information Department and the client to determine the list of documents required from the client and accordingly schedule a meeting between the representative of the Information Department and the client for the purpose of defining the client’s credit facility request.
  • Prepare credit studies and market studies for client requests in light of the bank’s credit policy and the Central Bank’s regulations and submit recommendations to the Credit Risk Department before presenting them to the competent credit committee.
  • Attend credit committee meetings to present and discuss the client’s case and respond to committee inquiries.
  • Prepare contracts and client-related documents after the committee’s approval is issued and follow up on credit in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Coordinate with the concerned departments, the branch, and the client to facilitate credit facility utilization processes.
  • Follow up with existing clients, evaluate and prepare analytical reports, and handle credit facility renewals by reviewing clients’ utilizations to assess the achievement of targets.
  • Promote banking services to existing clients in coordination with the concerned departments, with the aim of expanding banking activities and increasing profitability.


Job Qualifications

  • A university degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Relationship Manager: 3 to 5 years of experience in banking, including at least 2 years in credit.
  • Senior Relationship Manager: 5 to 7 years of banking experience, with a minimum of 4 years in credit.
  • Successful completion of a credit-related course is required.
