About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Small medium enterprises (SME) to join our

Insurance team at InsuranceDekho (Gurgaon). The ideal candidate will have experience or

strong understanding of Fire Insurance, Group Insurance, Machine Insurance, Worker

Insurance, and Home Loan Insurance. This role involves guiding customers, supporting

sales teams, and ensuring accurate policy information and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

 Provide expert guidance on Fire Insurance, Group Insurance, Marine Insurance,

Worker Insurance, and Home Loan Insurance products.

 Assist customers and sales teams with product queries, policy selection, and claim-

related support.

 Conduct requirement analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions for SMEs.

 Prepare policy comparisons, proposals, and documentation.

 Coordinate with insurers to resolve customer issues and process approvals.

 Maintain updated knowledge of insurance product features, underwriting guidelines,

and compliance requirements.

 Support internal teams with training and product knowledge sessions.

 Ensure high-quality customer service, quick turnaround, and accurate information

delivery.

Requirements:

 Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (Insurance qualification preferred).

 Experience or understanding of commercial and retail insurance products such as

Fire, Group, Marine, Worker, and Home Loan insurance.

 Strong communication and client-handling skills.

 Good knowledge of insurance processes, policy documentation, and underwriting

basics.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple cases

simultaneously.

 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

 Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

 Knowledge of commercial risk assessment

 Understanding of IRDAI guidelines

 Ability to explain insurance terms in simple language

 Strong analytical and negotiation skills
