Arnold & Porter is seeking an attorney to join the Corporate & Finance Practice Group in our New York office.
Qualified candidates must have between eight and ten years of experience in corporate transactional work, specifically in M&A. In addition, candidates will have will have demonstrated experience managing document reviews and productions and development of industry-specific templates is a plus. Ability to work independently and in teams with close attention to details are also essential.
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters.
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Experience in project management.
The salary for this position is $165,000 to $185,000, commensurate with experience.
This is a non-partnership track position.
