Role Overview

The Corporate HR will handle end-to-end HR functions, including policy drafting, compensation structuring, employee agreements, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft HR policies, SOPs, and employment agreements.
  • Manage compensation structure, payroll coordination, and statutory HR compliances.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate and plant roles.
  • Lead onboarding, induction, and employee documentation activities.
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, leaves, and MIS.
  • Provide HR support during the company’s IPO readiness process.

Candidate Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in HR roles (preferably non-IT industry).
  • Strong understanding of payroll, compensation, and legal documentation.
  • Experience in creating HR policies and handling compliance.
  • Must be comfortable with the meat processing industry work environment.
  • Should be willing to work from the Noida office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
