Independent Contractor – Corporate Lawyer (Abu Dhabi | Magic Circle or Equivalent Background)

A leading infrastructure development company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an accomplished corporate lawyer to support their advisory and investment project team across the UAE and wider GCC.

The client is interested in professionals with Magic Circle or leading international law firm backgrounds, bringing deep expertise in corporate and commercial law, including M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, and investment structuring.

Key requirements:

• 5–10 years of post-qualification experience at a top-tier international or regional firm.
• Strong understanding of UAE and GCC corporate and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to deliver clear, commercially grounded advice on complex matters.
• Comfort operating independently in a dynamic, project-based environment.
