We are currently looking to hire a Legal Advisor

Location: Riyadh , Saudi Arabia

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role

Preferred Industry: Construction or Real Estate

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to provide legal guidance and support across all company operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction or real estate industry , with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts and manage legal risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of matters related to company operations, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, lease contracts, and construction-related contracts.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to the real estate and construction sectors.
• Handle legal documentation related to property acquisitions, sales, and project development.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitrations, or negotiations when necessary.
• Liaise with external law firms, government authorities, and stakeholders on legal matters.
• Assess potential legal risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
• Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the company’s business.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Legal Advisor or Legal Counsel, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi commercial, labor, and real estate laws .
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
