Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy in alignment with the company's corporate vision and growth objectives.
  • Lead and inspire the marketing teams across all clusters, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Manage corporate brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency and impact across channels and markets.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns for different business units, supporting revenue generation and customer engagement.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives within the marketing function, leveraging data-driven insights and modern marketing tools.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and identify new opportunities.
  • Act as a key advisor to the CEO and executive leadership on marketing-related matters and corporate communications.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and stakeholders to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to track the performance of marketing programs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee budget planning, allocation, and optimization for all marketing activities.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including proven success in a corporate or multi-business environment.
  • Strong experience in leading marketing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives across complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in brand management, strategic marketing planning, and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills at the executive level.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience working in the Saudi market or GCC region is highly advantageous.
