Job Description:
We are looking for a well-connected and results-driven Corporate Marketing Executive to join our team at First Fiddle Restaurants.
The ideal candidate should have strong relationships in the corporate sector, experience in B2B event tie-ups, and the ability to close deals for corporate parties, team events, and brand collaborations at our premium outlets.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with HR departments and corporate decision-makers for events and parties.
- Pitch and close deals for corporate bookings, bulk reservations, and private events.
- Identify and approach new corporate clients, event agencies, and business groups.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing tie-ups with corporate houses.
- Coordinate with outlet teams and management for smooth event execution.
- Maintain a client database and follow up regularly to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales and partnership targets through proactive outreach.
- Represent the brand professionally at meetings, networking events, and client gatherings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, offers, and brand promotions targeting corporates.
- Track performance metrics and report sales achievements to senior management.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in corporate marketing, business development, or B2B event sales (hospitality, events, or lifestyle industry preferred).
- Strong corporate network and ability to connect with HRs and event managers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident personality with the ability to pitch and close deals independently.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally for meetings.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality preferred.
Compensation:
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
- Commission: Fixed commission on every deal closed (can be negotiated)
