Our established company is growing and expanding rapidly! We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Corporate Paralegal to join our dynamic team in the Austin, TX area. This role will focus heavily on supporting our in-house legal and leadership teams with corporate and loan documentation, with occasional litigation support. The ideal candidate is a positive self-starter who thrives in a remote environment and enjoys managing complex transactional work. A thorough understanding of Texas corporate structures and real estate knowledge are a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Draft, review, and maintain contracts and various corporate and loan documents
  • Research corporate, real estate, and regulatory issues as assigned
  • Coordinate with internal teams, lenders, outside counsel, and regulatory agencies to ensure timely, accurate filings and deliverables
  • Monitor deadlines, closing dates, and corporate and real estate documentation requirements
  • File documents with the Secretary of State, county clerks, and other applicable agencies
  • Assist with annual report filings and maintain corporate compliance with Texas state requirements
  • Provide support with compliance projects as needed and other job-related duties as assigned

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience with a strong working knowledge of corporate and loan documents required
  • Knowledge of Texas corporate structures, compliance, and real estate strongly preferred
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to producing quality work
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Education and Certifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Paralegal certification strongly preferred
