Corporate Paralegal

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for drafting legal documents and conducting legal research. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with a proven aptitude for meticulous attention to detail.

99% of our work is with clients in healthcare. Experience in healthcare in any capacity is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings

- Conduct legal research

- Strong research skills with proficiency in using legal research tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in legal drafting, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
