Corporate Partnerships Manager - Sports & Entertainment (Commission Only)

Overview

Michigan Arsenal - Saginaw's newest professional arena football team - is seeking a driven, competitive, and relationship-focused Corporate Partnerships Manager to help build and grow our sponsorship program for the 2026 season.

This is an entrepreneurial, high-energy, commmision-only role perfect for someone who wants uncapped earning potential, loves building business relationships, and thrives in the sports and entertainment world.

Duties

• Identify, pitch, and secure corporate sponsors across local, regional, and national markets.
• Develop strong relationships with business leaders and decision-makers.
• Present sponsorship packages, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Represent Michigan Arsenal at community events, meetings, and business functions.
• Build a pipeline of prospective partners and manage all follow-ups.
• Collaborate with leadership to craft tailored partnership solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and agreements.
• Serve as brand ambassador for Michigan Arsenal within the business community.

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence presenting to business owners and executives.
• Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline.
• Comfortable with commission-only compensation.
• Self-motivated, persistent, driven by results.
• Professional demeanor and strong follow-through

Preferred

• Sales or business development experience.
• Experience in sponsorships, fundraising, or sports partnerships.
• Connections with local or regional businesses.
• Understanding of sports entertainment or marketing.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
