The Corporate Sales Associate (B2B) is responsible for managing and growing business relationships with corporate clients. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and driving revenue through strategic sales of ICT, Cloud, Connectivity and Managed Services. The Associate will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

  • Identify and approach potential corporate customers for products & services from Transworld Group Portfolio.
  • Generate prospects for new business via visits, networking, events and cold callings.
  • Successfully understands and address client’s technology, pain points and business concerns to pitch Transworld portfolio to address customer needs.
  • Create proposals, build a robust pipeline for qualified leads and maintain relationships with the potential customers.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
  • Ensure timely renewal and revision of contracts, SLAs, and agreements.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and regularly update systems.
  • Managing operational tasks including payment follow-ups, preparing presentable reports, and overseeing customer agreements to ensure smooth and timely execution of processes.
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
