  • Prospect and manage all lease and short-term rental sales for corporate customers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, follow-ups, and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to drive business growth.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the business and onboard new corporate clients.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and contracts for new and existing customers.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Track contract expirations and proactively secure renewals.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely client payments.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the Manager.
  • Work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to resolve client issues.
  • Facilitate senior-level connections between client organizations and management.
  • Perform additional functions as assigned by the Manager.
