Our client, a distinguished OEM with regional offices in Dubai, is experiencing sustained growth across the Middle East region and seeks to appoint an accomplished and ambitious Corporate Sales & Fleet Cars Manager.

This strategic role involves close collaboration with the Head of Corporate and Fleet Sales to design and execute initiatives aimed at achieving significant growth objectives throughout the region. The successful candidate will be entrusted with nurturing and maintaining high-value client relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and ensuring the effective delivery of sales strategies within the corporate and fleet sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of Corporate and Fleet Sales in the development and implementation of regional growth plans.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new corporate and fleet business opportunities.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts, ensuring long term partnerships.
  • Analyse market trends and monitor competitor activity to inform and enhance sales performance.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass agreed sales targets and key performance indicators.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of six years' proven experience in corporate and fleet sales within the automotive sector, preferably with an OEM.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, demonstrating assertiveness, resilience, and the capacity to motivate teams and drive change.
  • Strong commercial acumen with thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial statements, including profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, serving as a role model and successfully integrating diverse teams, with a focus on coaching and development.
