Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and onboard new B2B clients while strengthening existing relationships.
  • Conduct regular site visits to the Salt Range region for client meetings and market assessments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive business decisions.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
  • Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and industry forums.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in corporate or B2B sales within the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage long-term client partnerships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and visit client sites regularly.
