  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B segment.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
  • Lead and motivate the corporate sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor offerings to client needs.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with corporate clients in alignment with company policies.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services/products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in B2B/corporate sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
