Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue for the hotel by developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other business sources. The role focuses on increasing occupancy, maximizing room revenue, and promoting hotel facilities such as meeting spaces, F&B outlets, and special packages.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals.
* Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
* Negotiate and finalize corporate contracts, group bookings, and event packages.
* Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets (room nights, revenue, etc.).

2. Client Relationship Management
* Maintain regular contact with key accounts through meetings, calls, and site inspections.
* Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for potential clients.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Market Research & Business Development
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
* Identify new market segments and business opportunities.
* Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and exhibitions.

4. Coordination & Communication
* Work closely with the reservations, front office, and banquet teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.
* Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and online visibility.
* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
review.

5. Administration & Reporting
* Maintain an up-to-date client database (CRM system).
* Monitor sales performance and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
* Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and budget guidelines.

Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales (experience in corporate or MICE segments preferred).
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and hotel sales software (e.g., Opera, Delphi, or similar).
* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,514.67 - ₹80,757.03 per month
