Corporate Senior Associate 6+ PQE sought to join the association office of a global law firm in Riyadh.

The Saudi Arabian corporate market is very busy, with this firm having a long-standing and high-profile practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer with international law firm experience to join an established practice to undertake a broad mix of corporate work.

As a key part of the corporate practice, you will play a lead role in transactions covering M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, along with JVs, corporate structuring, etc.

This would be an ideal opportunity for an ambitious qualified lawyer from a law firm ranked in legal directories, either in Saudi Arabia or elsewhere in the GCC, or looking to relocate from the UK, Australia, New Zealand, etc. Arabic language skills are not required but would be highly attractive.
