We have an opening for a
Office Coordinator (30-35 hours per week)
The full-time Office Coordinator’s key responsibility is to provide administrative support to professional staff in all areas of the company utilizing intermediate technical, communication and organizational skill. This position will also manage the front desk responsibilities; directing calls, processing mail, assist with meetings, data entry, meeting minutes, purchase requests, shipping and receiving, inventory, record keeping, and providing administrative support across multiple areas.

The Corporate Services Coordinator is a full-time position in Helena, MT. The successful candidate would have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A minimum of one year experience with a high school degree preferred. The target compensation for this position is $20.00 - $22.68 an hour
