We are seeking for a talented candidate. As a Customer Support Intern, who will be responsible for providing support to our customers and internal office staff, escalating their queries, and ensuring a quick complaint resolution. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Align team to resolve Customer Complains.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as necessary
- Document customer interactions using our CRM and other software
- Stay up-to-date to provide the best possible support
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
Requirements:
- Must be Intermidiate and have good command in English Language.
- 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong customer-centric mindset and empathy for customers
- Proficiency in MS-Office
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
