We’re hiring a Corporate Trainer who loves developing people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited to travel the country to help new franchisees and crews launch successfully.

This role blends leadership, coaching, hands-on learning, and national impact — and we will train the right candidate on the technical installation skills.

What This Role Really Is

This is not an installer job.

It is a leadership, coaching, and hands-on training position where you:

• Travel to new franchise markets
• Teach teams how to install Spartan’s premium floor systems
• Build confidence and culture within new installation crews
• Ensure every team performs to Spartan’s quality standard

You must be comfortable doing installation work — not as your full-time duty, but in order to teach, demonstrate, and lead by example.

What You’ll Do Hands-On Training & Demonstration

(We will train you to be the expert.)

• Learn Spartan’s installation systems (flake, quartz, outdoor coatings, etc.)
• Train crews on surface prep, mixing, application, and finishing
• Demonstrate install techniques during real jobs
• Ensure teams are following Spartan’s process, safety, and quality standards

On-Site Coaching & Support

• Travel 50%+ to new and existing franchise markets
• Support franchise launches, new crews, and performance improvement visits
• Troubleshoot install challenges with teams
• Build the skills, speed, and confidence of installers in the field

Culture, Leadership & Development

• Bring energy, positivity, and professionalism to every training
• Build relationships with franchise owners and crews
• Motivate teams and create a strong learning environment
• Represent the Spartan culture, values, and commitment to excellence

Training Development & Collaboration

• Provide feedback to Spartan University to improve curriculum
• Update training documentation as needed
• Help identify areas where teams need additional coaching
• Contribute ideas to improve national training processes

Epoxy experience is NOT required — we train you.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be based in Denver, CO or West Palm Beach, FL
• Able and willing to travel 50–70% nationwide
• Comfortable performing hands-on install work (training provided)
• Experience leading, coaching, or training teams (any industry)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
• Highly organized, adaptable, and self-motivated
