Position Description:

Nevada Gold Mines Greenfield Talent Program (GTP) is an engaging and practical program focused on hiring and developing new university graduates into future leaders. Providing a period of heightened transition from academia to mining.

The goal of the Green Field Talent program is to ensure that technical professionals gain hands on practical operational experience. To sustain the GFW program as a primary source for entry level engineers NGM should onboard 36 newly graduated mining engineers across the operations.

• Training Mine (2 months)
• Engineering Exposure (1-2 months)
• Hands on frontline experience (12 months)
