Qualifications & Experience:

• Professional Qualification: Cost and Works Accountant (ICWA) is required.
• Educational Background: A Diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in cost engineering, cost accounting, or financial management within the construction industry.
• Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Strong background in contract cost analysis and project risk assessment.
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations.
