Cost Analyst - Data Centre- Noida and Pune

We are seeking two highly skilled Senior Cost Analysts to support our global data-centre portfolio through advanced cost intelligence, benchmarking, and strategic cost analysis.
This is a technical cost and project controls position—not a finance role—and will contribute directly to regional and international decision-making across the Nordics, Europe, Middle East, and South-East Asia.

Candidates must have prior experience in data-centre projects to be considered.

The successful candidates will work closely with senior leadership and play a critical role in shaping early-stage cost planning and investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive global cost benchmarks (e.g., cost per MW, regional and market comparisons).
• Analyse end-to-end data-centre cost components, including civil works, MEP systems, power, cooling, and long-lead equipment.
• Support cost planning activities, including estimation, forecasting, and CAPEX modelling.
• Conduct market and competitor benchmarking for pricing, trends, and supply-chain intelligence.

• Provide accurate, time-sensitive cost insights to the Vice President and Chairman’s Office.
• Support due diligence for new geographies, land evaluations, and market-entry assessments.

Candidate Profile

• Strong background in Cost Engineering, Project Controls, Quantity Surveying, or Cost Planning.
• Experience within data-centre projects, engineering consultancies, PMC firms, or cost-consulting organisations.
• High proficiency in data analysis, Excel, Power BI, and cost modelling tools.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse global cost trends and build benchmarking frameworks.
• Preferred job backgrounds:
• Cost Engineer, Project Control Analyst, Cost Planner, Senior Cost Analyst.
• Preference for Indian candidates due to reporting alignment.
