Cost Control Engineer

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Cost Control Engineer with solid UAE experience to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project budgets, monitoring costs, preparing financial reports, and ensuring effective cost control throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost reports.
• Track project expenditures and identify variances.
• Develop cost control systems and processes to support project management.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and the finance department.
• Prepare monthly cost analysis, forecasts, and progress reports.
• Support tendering and estimation teams with accurate cost data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in cost control within construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and cost control software.
