Cost Controller

• Prepare in Candy CCS the cost breakdown structure and target budgets for each job on-hand project.
• Allocate project task codes and cost codes on the Budget BOQ.
• Controls and monitors project total expenditure including verifying and checking the Consolidated cost to ensure that all project expenses are properly recorded.
• Overall monitoring of Project costing and maintaining it within the Budget.
• Prepares monthly basis Cost Report for all projects on-hand.
• Creates and posts Subcontractor P.O on Build Smart for necessary approvals.
• Must be essentially proficient in CCS/Candy Software
• Must have 2 years of demonstrable experience in Estimating/Quantity Surveying/Cost Control in Civil Construction Industry in UAE.
• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant engineering discipline or similar.

Experience:

• Estimating/Quantity Surveying/Cost Control: 2 years
• Candy CCS: 2 years
• Project Costing: 2 years
