Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Cost Estimator and Tendering Manager
to lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals for construction and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a
Civil or Architectural Engineering
background, with strong experience in
tendering, cost estimation, and proposal management
for Saudi and regional projects.
The role involves coordinating with multiple departments — including design, cost estimation, procurement, and technical teams — to ensure proposals are competitive, compliant, and aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Tendering & Cost Estimation:

Manage and oversee the end-to-end tendering process, from opportunity registration to bid submission and post-bid review.

Analyze RFPs, drawings, and BOQs to prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing strategies.

Coordinate with technical, design, and procurement teams to gather all tender inputs.

Prepare commercial and financial proposals in line with contractual terms.

Conduct risk identification, value engineering, and cost optimization exercises.

Maintain and update a database of quotations, suppliers, and historical pricing.
Managerial & Coordination Tasks:

Lead and supervise the tendering and estimation team, setting clear objectives and performance standards.

Develop internal tendering procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.

Conduct bid/no-bid evaluations and report results to management.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely submissions.

Conduct performance reviews and provide development feedback for team members.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree
in Civil or Architectural Engineering (required).

6–12 years of experience
in tendering, bidding, and cost estimation (Fit-Out or Construction).

Strong knowledge of
Saudi market standards
and tendering processes.

Proficiency in
Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software
.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
