Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experienced in the Textile/Ready-to-Wear sector
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Conduct MTM and cost analysis to determine accurate production times and efficiency levels.
• Prepare and compare general costing and MTM calculation reports for suppliers.
• Coordinate with buying and production teams to ensure accurate price positioning and cost alignment.
• Update MTM templates and costing systems according to model changes and production feedback.
• Support system development and integration needs for the MTM and PLM modules.
• Perform time studies on the production floor and calculate minute-based cost zones during wage updates.
• Analyze Egypt cost base data, prepare seasonal price windows, and ensure consistency across models.
• Lead efficiency improvement and cost-reduction initiatives with mature suppliers.
• Provide technical mentorship and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor practices to enhance cost and process efficiency.
