Counsellor

· To answer both clinical and non-clinical patient queries on phone, email, chat, skype etc or in person.

· To participate and work for the Outreach camps or any patient awareness related marketing activities.

· To encourage the patients and increase the number of footfalls and overall treatments.

· To nurture and handhold leads and patients during their treatment cycle.

· Responsible for counselling the patients about the benefits and risks of IVF transparently to enable the conversion of appropriate cases. Manage and resolve all complaint queries as per Apollo protocols.

· Counsel patients for improved health related outcomes at the hospitals, clinics explain the procedure in detail to the patients.

· Handle telephonic queries of the patients and conduct telephonic counselling for them.

· Provide regular and timely information to the patients regarding any change in instructions or any other related information.

· Responsible for counselling of all the new patients.

· Meet patients at regular intervals as advised.

· Collate health records related data from consenting patients.

· Handling patient queries and providing response.

· Provide patient support by coordinating with Patient Care Team, Nurses Pharmacists Maintain Donor patients database Counseling and selection of Donor and surrogates.

· Responsible for making discharge summary.

· Responsible for completing the consent form and handover to nursing team.

· To encourage patients for support group meetings and conduct one such meeting every week and document the proceedings.

· To support the centre in any promotional and social activities like corporate programs, awareness sessions etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
