Counter Sales Supervisor + Purchaser

Job Summary

We are hiring a Counter Sales Executive cum Purchaser with experience in the building materials industry. The role involves assisting walk-in and key clients at the counter, handling sales operations, managing purchases, and ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and advise customers on suitable building materials
• Prepare quotations, invoices, sales and purchase orders
• Handle payments and maintain accurate documentation
• Source and procure materials from suppliers at competitive prices
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for stock and deliveries
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in counter sales and purchasing within the building materials sector
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and suppliers
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic/Malayalam a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office and email correspondence
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to handle pressure

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
