The Country Manager shall be responsible to maintain excellent relationships with existing customers/agents and to retain them and work on onboarding new partnerships in the region. Understand agent needs, expectations, and service levels. The Country Manager will be the local support and contact point for Emergency queries of existing agents. The candidate will also be responsible for initiating and coordinating development of action plan to penetrate new marketing opportunities within and around the network.

Requirements

  • Graduate from a University is a must.
  • Any related certification will be an added advantage.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience with at least 4 years’ experience in any Sales/Marketing & Team management role preferably in a Payment industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, knowledge of Arabic will be preferred.
  • Strong customer relationship and channel management skills

Other skills required for the job.

  • Mandatory working knowledge of Cross border Payment industry
  • In depth knowledge of drivers of agent business model in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of vast operations of an MTO/FinTech’s
