Coverage and Extra Contractual Attorney (Tampa)

Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig LLP – a nationally recognized, AV-rated civil litigation firm – is seeking a talented attorney to join our Tampa office in our Coverage and Extra-Contractual practice groups. This dynamic team handles complex first-party coverage, third-party coverage, and extracontractual matters at all stages, including pre-suit coverage and claim handling analysis and litigation.

We offer a competitive compensation package and robust benefits. Base salary plus non-discretionary bonuses available up to $36k per year.

Butler offers a flexible hybrid schedule, combining remote and in-office work.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience who is eager to grow in a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.

• The ability to manage multiple projects and respond to urgent matters effectively
• Experience handling first-party coverage disputes and/or extracontractual matters, including, but not limited to, claim analysis, EUO’s, depositions, drafting of pleadings and motions, mediations
