CQE & CMQ Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and qualified CQE & CMQ/OE Trainer to deliver professional training programs based on the ASQ Body of Knowledge (BoK) for Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and Certified Manager of Quality (CMQ) certifications. The trainer will be responsible for developing course materials, conducting engaging training sessions, and preparing participants for successful certification and practical application of quality and management excellence principles in their organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver ASQ-aligned training for CQE and CMQ/OE certification programs.
• Cover all knowledge areas, including: For CQE: Quality systems, product & process design, statistical process control, reliability, and continuous improvement. For CMQ: Leadership, strategic management, change management, quality management systems, customer focus, and performance measurement.
• Develop course content, case studies, assessments, and exam preparation materials.
• Conduct both classroom and online training sessions with practical, real-world applications.
• Mentor and coach professionals pursuing CQE and CMQ certification.
• Stay up to date with the latest ASQ BoK revisions, industry standards (ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma), and best practices in quality management.
• Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback to support certification readiness.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and ASQ Certified Manager of Quality (CMQ) credentials required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in quality management, process improvement, or manufacturing excellence.
• Proven experience as a corporate trainer, instructor, or facilitator in quality-related programs.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel), Lean Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
